GRS - Group Rider Skills Training Class #3

Registration

  • Certified GRS Instructors or League Cycling Instructor (LCI) to hold the Group Rider Skills.
  • If you already have your GRS up to date you can volunteer to assist the class instructor with the group practical sessions.
  • New or renewing riders choose this.
Registration is closed

SCC requires that all riders complete a Group Riding Skills Class every 3 years in order to ride with our team during the MS150. The course consists of 1.5 hours of classroom instruction and 1.5 hours of hands-on parking lot drills on your bike. You must attend the whole class to receive credit.

Please bring:
  • Bike
  • Helmet
  • Bike shoes
  • Anything else you need to ride your bike (proper clothing included)

Volunteer Requirements

  • Safety Coaches must have previously taken a GRS class
  • Email volunteer@slbcycling.org with questions

The location is at an SLB facility located in the Westchase district. We'll provide the address in the next few days.
